Hel please. i need advice. readlly.. [please! : (?

me and my boyfriend broke up. yesterday morning. last night we were n the phone. and he kept going because he puked like five times. he said he was doing it to himself.. that he was soo worked up about it. it made him sick. is that true? could that be possible? he also threw up this morning at hockey practice cuz he said he was thinking about it/ was he sick or was he doing this to himself? i am extremely emetiphobic and i hugged him the day before. so i want to know if he was sick or rly did that to himself. please help. im scared. only seirous answerres pls. this means alot to me...
