How are these molecules transported through the cell membrane?

water travels through the cell membrane through osmosis. osmosis is diffusion, only for water molecules. oxygen diffuses im pretty sure, its a small nonpolar gas. glucose .... im not as sure on this but i think this also diffuses, not facilitated. usually its ions that use facilitated diffusion, or else large polar or nonpolar molecules.
