Why have their been more terrorist attacks recently?

All of which failed. I will answer, we are hitting home base for the terrorist in Afghanistan. Our special ops teams are ripping them up. They are poorly trying to strike back. This would have all been over if we had gotten them sooner, when they actually hit us back in...oh wait, 2001??? F---ing GW was so inept.
