Had Libya no oil,like Bosnia and Serbia didnt.Would everyone still bomb it ?

This is entirely different. Here, the West is taking the opportunity of a civil uprising against a tyrant with who we have been doing business off and on for the last 40 years to get rid of him. The West can't sell arms to the rebels, they haven't got any money so we are helping them in other ways, like bombing the Hell out of Tripoli's defences.
