I am looking for Ridgways pottery or ceramic washstand set with the registration number 73316?

it was made in Chester England approximately in latter 1800's . It is off-white(slightly cream ) colored with dark green , thorny branched flowers. I have 8 pieces and I am looking for the chamber pot.
