Is this a good diet plan?

You need to eat MUCH much more than that. This is a starvation diet. Why don't you count calories, a normal person should be able to maintain their weight at around 2000 calories a day. :), so you can eat much more than that and if you don't start eating more you will be very unhealthy so eating this way is counter-productive.
