What should my diet be?

I'm trying to get in shape because when I get out of high school I plan to go to a wrestling school and I'm trying to build a lot of muscle by then. I'm 16 now so I got a bout a year and a half until I graduate because I'm currently a junior and i'm trying to get buff not ripped like john cena or triple h but lean and cut like Randy Orton, John Morrison, etc. What should my diet be and what should the best method of exercise be because I have a weight bench, a treadmill, a cardio glider, a stair stepper, an ab chair and a multi-purpose Bowflex type machine and how often should i do it and is there a certain order I should do when exercising. I also have dumbbells and a curl bar. I'm also trying to do this just to get in shape and improve my health not that i;m unhealthy i just have a sort of thick, stockfy build and i want to change it
