Did You find your Sensei(teacher) OR Did He/She Find YOU?

I went looking for them, I find it is very hard to find a reliable, knowledgeable coach who will put the time and effort into there students. They are far too many cowboys and mcdojos out there, that is why I go out of my way to ist my students. I have learned from other peoples mistakes!
