For those who commit "Honor Killings" in America and in other Democratic societies, do you think they do not.

know or do not expect to be charged with Murder? Or, are they of the mindset that their honor is more important than possibly spending life in prison? All countries have families that are very proud of their family name and they do their best to maintain their family honor. But to kill a child because of their imaturity and failure to follow family traditions is murder. MY QUESTION: What will it take for Islam to put and end to this and to begin punishing those who practice and participate in honor killings?
