Fruity loops channels access problem with Casio ctk 700 midi?

Hello, i just brought casio ctk 700 with usb to midi interface (W-718). When i connected to my pc it recognized but the problem is, i'm not able to access Fruity loops 8 channels but in Fl studio mid and syn L.e.d are blinking, i guess i m doing something wrong with input setting or else do i need to purchase anything in order to access Fruity loops. Thanks in advance!
